Membership terms

What membership gives you, what we promise and what we deliberately do not.

Draft pending legal review This text describes how the system works today, but it becomes legally binding only after a lawyer reviews it and the operator details are filled in. Items marked «to be confirmed» are completed by the club owner.

What membership is

Membership gives you the app, the events and the community. Joining is currently free. Paid features, if they appear, will show their price before payment.

What we promise

The app works and keeps being updated.
Your data is handled the way the privacy policy describes.
Any permission can be withdrawn at any time.
Your account can be deleted.

What we deliberately do not promise

Honesty matters here, so plainly:

We do not promise better health, weight loss or a cure for anything. WELLEX.CLUB is not a medical service.
We do not promise income from membership or from inviting others. Partner rewards, if they appear, will be described in a separate document with concrete rates.
We do not guarantee you will find the right people: matching depends on who is in the club in your city.

The band

Wellex Band is a separate product. As of publication it is not on sale. The core app scenario works without it, and membership does not require buying the device.

Partner programme

Terms, rewards and payout rules are published as a separate document. Until it is published, any income figures are illustrative and are not an offer of earnings.

Legal details and jurisdiction

Operator name, registration data, governing law and dispute resolution — to be confirmed. This section is completed by the club owner before launch.
